The Istituto Rizzoli was founded in 1951 in Milan thanks to the vision of Angelo Rizzoli, who donated the premises and resources to create a school capable of aligning young people’s education with the technical and artistic needs of the graphic arts industry. Recognised as a Moral Entity in 1954, the Institute has over time built an unbreakable bond between culture and the world of work, culminating in 1999 with the gold medal from the Milan Chamber of Commerce.
Today the Institute is a centre of excellence accredited by the Lombardy Region which, while honouring its roots, has evolved towards the new frontiers of digital, web design, and audio-video. With a dynamic and cutting-edge educational offer, it continues to turn technological innovation into concrete opportunities for students, preparing them for the professional challenges of a future that is already here.
